Rooms are very nice. The decor and finishes are nice and a bit higher quality comparable to budget hotels. Surprisingly, the walls between rooms were not very sound proof; could hear TV from the other room. The front drop off/ parking/ valet area is small and gets congested easily especially during peak times (check in check out). The Bellhops were very friendly, kind and helpful. The Christmas Decor was really nice in the entrance and lobby. The elevators can also be congested during peak times, otherwise they were OK. Location is wonderful as you are walking distance to everything. Walk to Chicago River, Millenium, Michigan Ave and more depending how much walking you are up for. No pool, wasn’t able to get spa services when I stopped by there. There is a fitness center but did not utilize it this time. Breakfast is offered at the restaurant on the 1st floor, but they were not able to accommodate dietary restrictions, so I would not recommend there if you do have dietary restrictions. Rooftop was nice for the views and Holiday decor.

This location is amazing! I have been staying at this property for years especially around my birthday in August. The location, the rooms, the restaurants and bars, the rooftop bar, and the remarkable service is what keeps me coming back. Mary at the Concierge Desk always does a great job explaining local attractions and helping get special treats to your room when there is a special celebration. I don't mind re-visiting this location time after time or year after year because they treat you so well and the rooms are very nice and clean. I enjoy my experience so much that now my friends have started staying here regularly as well. See you soon!

All employees were very helpful from the moment we walked in. Very nice, quiet, and clean hotel. Khadar was awesome helped us with check in and anything else we needed during the stay. Can’t say enough good things about this place. Pricing does differ depending on time & day but overall very good prices with both river view or city view to choose from. Already planning our next trip definitely a 5 star hotel.

Loved this hotel so much! The location was amazing it’s close to main attractions and walkable distance to most places. Room was clean and service was great. The decorations were beautiful, they also have smart TV so you can log into your streaming accounts like Netflix and enjoy in your hotel room. We got the river view room and it was well worth it, the window was wide enough for me to sit and relax while looking outside. 10/10 experience. All photos are view from our room

This was such a beautiful hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was very tasteful. The ossue I had is that our room was not ready. We had to wait a little over an hour. The stagf provided a small credit for food or beverage. The location itself is great because you walk out to the main Street and your right next to the river. The views are amazing. The issue is parking, but its downtown Chicago; it's expected. You can get valet, however that is very pricey.

Great place to stay in Chicago !! Pros *location. It's the best. You cannot have any better place to stay regarding the location. You can walk everywhere. Lots of buses less than 2 min walk. Subway is near. *view : amazing views on the river !!! It's amazing !! *rooms are clean and comfortable... but not modern. *elevators are fasts, no waiting time. Cons *rooms are a bit outdated *not enough pressure in the shower *gold/diamond member credit can only be used for room service and bar. No breakfast. *you hear noise from the elevator if you are close to it All in all, a good stay that could be better. But location and views are amazing.

This hotel is truly a great option. The prices are reasonable, and the location is excellent, with easy access to downtown and beautiful views. The room was clean, cozy, and well maintained. The service was very good, and the atmosphere felt calm and relaxing. I definitely recommend it — plus, it has a restaurant and access to a rooftop with stunning views that’s absolutely worth visiting.

⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great stay overall I stayed at LondonHouse Chicago over the weekend and overall had a really great experience. From the moment I walked in, everyone was incredibly welcoming — door staff, front desk, and even people I passed in the elevator were genuinely friendly, which honestly sets the tone for the stay. The room itself was nice and modern, and I had an amazing view. I’m not going to lie — the carpets did seem a bit dirty, which took away slightly from the experience. That said, the room had everything I needed and felt comfortable overall. Now… the $8 bottle of water? That’s a stretch. Possibly illegal. Let’s talk about that. I also checked out the rooftop. Obviously winter doesn’t do it full justice, but the views are still beautiful. The bar up there was okay — nothing particularly wow, but a nice spot to stop by. All in all, I’d definitely recommend staying here if you get the chance. Great location, great staff, solid experience with just a few small misses.
